Day Camps at PV-Sul
PV-Sul excels in what they call day camps. Schools take field trips to their campus and do the adventure trail, high ropes course, a great lunch, and games. During the course of the day - a gospel presentation is given and students are given an opportunity to respond to Jesus. This day we had over 140 students on the campus.
When we are in town - it is a double pleasure because we teach them "American" games - like DODGEBALL! We taught them the 5 D's of Dodgeball - Dodge, Duck, Dive, Throw, and Dodge. Zack tried to teach them baseball. Dave and Michael tried football. Click on the photos to see more pics.
This particular day was nuts. We hang, we tell our stories. Thomas shares how to have a relationship with Jesus, asks the room if anyone is interested in this - half in the room raise their hands. The final count was 70 students making Jesus boss of their life. We were all speechless. God wasn't finished working with us and through us yet, though.
